Learn to hold a room so steady that women don't just heal in it. They build their next chapter from it.
She doesn't need another modality.
She needs to know what to do when the room breaks open.
You're not the only one, and you're not wrong.
I've always been someone who throws herself in, and my focus was always on safety, on making sure people felt seen, comfortable and held. But the more rooms I sat in, the more certifications I completed, the more I noticed something wasn't right. I kept hearing the words embodiment and leadership, but I kept witnessing spaces that lacked integrity, regulation and real depth. Because without true safety, there can be no surrender. Without grounded facilitation, we're just performing healing, not living it.
At one point I stopped running day retreats altogether. The results were too powerful to contain in a single day. What I didn't have the language for back then, but embody fully now, is that the way I hold space creates instant depth, not from pushing or forcing transformation, but from letting women land softly enough to meet themselves in radically honest, untamed ways. It wasn't logical. It was somatic. It was sacred.
After years of breathwork, somatic training, trauma informed study, supporting hundreds of women and running 20+ retreats, I finally understood the gap. We're being taught the modalities, but not how to actually hold them. Not in a retreat. Not in a circle. Not when big emotion erupts, and definitely not when our own triggers surface mid process.
In the last two years I built a six figure business and led over 20 retreats across the UK and abroad. I watched 24 women from cohort 1 complete their live practicum, every single one of them holding space in a way that was completely their own.
Not because they copied me. Because they had a nervous system and a structure underneath them that could hold the weight of a real room.
Imagine what's underneath you in 18 weeks.
This certification is the answer to that gap. It's for the woman who knows she's here to lead, but refuses to do it in a way that bypasses the body.
Not a modality. The container that holds all of them.
Thursdays, alternating 10am and 6pm UK time so it actually fits your life, plus support mentor calls. Everything is recorded for lifetime access.
The only space holder certification of its kind that's accredited. 18 accredited weeks across 3 core phases, plus a 6 week live practicum to bring it all home.
With Emma, on top of opening and closing ceremonies. You can't hold what you haven't first felt held in yourself.
Templates, done for you emails, circle frameworks and pricing guidance, so you leave with a business, not just a certificate.
Tap into each phase for the full week by week breakdown.
You ground into the roots of space holding, get to know your own nervous system and energetics inside out, and learn what makes a room feel safe, ethical and alive from the very first minute.
You move from theory into practice. Reading group energy, holding intensity, working with somatics and psychology, so you can lead with presence even when things get big.
You weave your modalities together, complete your live practicum, and build the pricing, marketing and vision for the retreats you're about to run.
This is where it all comes together. Once the teaching weeks close, you move into your live practicum, holding real spaces in your own time and your own way, exactly as you'll do it once you're qualified. You'll have additional support calls through this stretch to keep you checked in, supported and on track while you complete your assessments, ask questions and get feedback. This phase runs through to your closing ceremony at the end of June, because real integration doesn't happen on a fixed clock.
Three days that make everything else real.
In April, we come together in person for a 3 day immersive experience designed to bring everything you've been learning into your body, your voice and your leadership. This is where the work becomes real.
We begin by softening in. You land fully into the space, being held and experiencing the work from the inside out, a full retreat style day of embodiment, connection and nervous system settling.
Your leadership comes alive here. You'll guide and be guided, facilitate and be witnessed, holding space within a live group dynamic. All facilitation hours count towards your practicum requirements.
We complete the immersion with a closing cacao ceremony, a space to honour your journey, anchor your growth and mark your transition into your next chapter as a certified space holder.
Non residential, with wholesome meals included while you're on retreat. West Dorset, mid-April 2027 (dates TBC).
You don't learn to hold a room in a classroom. You learn it in a room, with real women, in real time.
Real rooms. Real countries. Real transformation.
"She's such a strong facilitator, I've been to so many spaces and I haven't seen anyone hold space like Amy does. I didn't realise how much I was going to heal, it's been incredible."
"Bali has literally changed my life. Amy has changed my life, well, this retreat has changed my life."
"Amy will make you feel so safe and comfortable so quickly. I can't believe what we shared after only knowing each other for a few days."
You're not just held by me.

With a six figure business, 20+ retreats led and hundreds of women guided through deep transformation, Amy blends somatic coaching, breathwork, yoga, cacao facilitation and trauma informed training. Her mission is to raise the standard of how we hold space.

Emma leads the personal development sessions inside the certification. Calm, grounding and deeply experiential, her work is an invitation to feel safety in your own body first, so you can hold it for others.
From 9th January, 25 women move through this container together. Same calls. Same practicum nerves. Same Telegram thread at 11pm when someone's just had a breakthrough they need to tell the group about.
Cohort 1 didn't just graduate together. They still show up for each other's retreats.
This isn't a hypothetical. This is cohort 1, in real time.
Graduated cohort 1 and launched her own brand, Girlhood.
Her first solo retreat. Already sold out.
Her first multi day weekend retreat.
Her first retreat abroad, facilitating alongside two other women from her cohort.
Opened the doors on a brand new day retreat for December.
She didn't wait to feel ready. She got the certification, built the container, and let the evidence stack up behind her. Fear plus action still equals confidence, even at 30,000 feet.
This is what cohort 2 is walking into.
Abbie joined Amy in Bali with zero interest in ever holding space herself. Now she's running her own retreats and masterclasses, both online and in person.
Emer used to run her breathwork exactly the way she was trained. Now she trusts herself enough to shorten the breathwork and wrap it in a safer opening and sharing circle, and the results have been bigger ever since: more confidence, stronger testimonials and deeper integration for her clients.
Maisie launched her own seasonal moon ceremonies and just opened her autumn season with 10 women already inside.
Millie's online shadow work workshops have clients reaching out again and again to say they've never felt more supported, held, witnessed and safe in a space before.
And this is just a snippet. Cohort 1 has built so much more than this.
15 women. 15 different paths. All certified.
Plus confidence. Not as a prerequisite, but as what's left once you've done all of the above.
Real women. Real rooms. Real change.
"Joining the Inbody Space Holder Certification completely changed my life."
"It's hard to describe the impact this certification has had on me. I've gained so much confidence, clarity and friends along the way, and it's changed who I am as a person."
"I never even knew it was possible for me to have an online business. I'm on the flip side now, the most confident, the most bold, the most ready I've ever been."
Abbie · cohort 1"The spaces Amy creates, and the people she calls in, are so natural and so real that you can actually be the most you that you can be."
Maisie · cohort 1Unprompted, unedited, cohort 1.
Regulation + repetition = mastery

Secure my place →Most trainings teach you a modality. Few teach you how to hold it. This is a one of a kind training that will transform the way you facilitate. It's not about adding another tool to your kit, it's about mastering the art of space holding itself. You'll learn to track nervous systems, balance feminine and masculine energetics, witness without fixing, protect your own energy, and weave integration into everything you do. This is the missing piece between a nice session and a truly transformational experience.
We have worked meticulously to ensure a well of knowledge is included, from nervous system regulation, somatic tracking, down regulating calming breath practices, and mindful meditations, along with how to plan, market and sell out retreats and events too. There's so much included to support your journey: cueing cheat sheets, feedback form templates, real case study circles to dissect, closing ceremony schedules, meditation scripts and so much more. This certification covers the entire arc of transformation, not just the peak moments.
As integrity is a core value of ours, we went the extra mile and had our certification assessed and accredited by CPD (Continued Professional Development) and the IPHM. Graduates receive certification from InBodyAmy Limited and the option to register with IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) as a certified practitioner, which also benefits from discounted insurance.
Our live group calls are on Thursdays, alternating each week between 10am and 6pm UK time. Occasionally you'll also have Tuesday calls with our support mentors. You'll receive calendar invites with Zoom links, plus everything is always in the portal and community chat.
You must be present for the opening weekend, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th January 2027. This is our orientation, welcome ceremony and first learning session. The in person immersive is also mandatory, and runs across a long weekend in mid-April 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed).
We get it, life happens. All calls are recorded and replays are uploaded within 24 hours, and you'll need to watch them to stay current. To certify, you need 90% attendance (live or replay catch up) and completion of all assignments. You get lifetime access to your portal.
The in person immersive is mandatory and runs across a long weekend in mid-April 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). This is a 3 day, non residential retreat in West Dorset with wholesome meals included while you're on retreat. It begins at 10am on the first day and finishes in the evening of the final day, so we recommend arriving the day before and departing the day after to allow yourself to fully land in the experience. We'll confirm exact dates well ahead of the opening weekend.
Plan for 3 to 5 hours per week. This includes live calls, and on weeks with support mentor calls, 2 calls in total, plus replays if needed, self study and assignments. Consistency matters more than cramming.
Certification is earned, not automatic. To certify, you need to:
This is how we uphold the integrity of the Inbody Space Holder Certification.
We don't do scary exams, but we do believe in giving you the chance to practice what you've learned and be celebrated for it. The practicum is designed so you leave not just with a certificate, but with the confidence that you can hold a space in the real world.
Peer led circle facilitation. You'll plan and lead a 40 minute to 1 hour session with your peers, on Zoom or in person, including welcoming, opening, guiding and closing the space safely, with supportive peer and mentor feedback straight after.
Real world practice sessions. You'll run four additional short circles, workshops or group experiences outside the programme, with friends, family, colleagues or existing clients, and write a short reflection on each one.
Reflection and feedback. You'll submit a simple self assessment and collect a little feedback from attendees. This isn't about perfection, it's about developing self awareness and recognising your own style as a space holder.
Knowledge quiz. A short multiple choice and short answer quiz on trauma informed facilitation, nervous system safety and ethical leadership, with an 80% pass mark.
All assessments should be completed within the certification timeframe, though you'll have up to a 3 month extension window if needed.
You can keep collecting modalities and hope the confidence turns up eventually.
Or you can get in a room with 24 other women, build the nervous system underneath your leadership, and walk out with a certification, a practicum you've actually done, and a cohort who'll be at your first retreat the way they're at Alex's.
25 spaces. Cohort 2 opens 9 January 2027.
You can stay in the trainings. Or you can start holding the rooms you were always meant to hold.
